WEDDING STATIONERY TIMELINE

Planning a wedding involves countless details, but few are as crucial as the timing of your wedding stationery. From the initial booking of your stationery designer to the final mailing of invitations, each step requires careful scheduling to ensure everything runs smoothly. Properly timed wedding stationery not only sets the tone for your special day but also ensures that guests have all the necessary information well in advance. We'll guide you through the essential timelines for booking, ordering, and sending your wedding stationery, helping you create a seamless and stress-free planning experience.
If you are planning on booking NDS for a custom suite, we suggest booking us 9-12 months in advance of your wedding date. This allows us the time to curate all the necessary artwork and details to create your dream wedding stationery. We suggest you follow the 'book' column in the chart above.
Custom Bookings:
For our semi-custom clients, we generally need 6-8 weeks to design, produce, and have stationery delivered to you ready to assemble. We suggest following the 'order' and 'send' columns in the chart above.
Semi-Custom Bookings:

DAY-OF STATIONERY

If you have opted to include Day-of Stationery in your booking, there is no need to worry about a timeline! Because of details like food selection and guest responses, we make sure to deliver these day-of goods to you at least 1-week prior to your wedding date.
If you are having a destination wedding, you may want to consider sending save-the-dates and invitations a month or two earlier than the suggested timeline.
Considering a B-List? You may also want to consider sending invitations early to accommodate later responses from your B-list guests.
