Due to the nature of our work, none of our items are returnable. All sales are considered final.

After the first draft has been received, orders are no longer eligible for complete design changes. Changes like font style, color, embellishments can be made. However, a complete redesign or choosing a different semi-custom collection will incur additional design and rush fees.
